He is also now CEO and president of Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited (SET:TTA), international shipping company, as well as CEO of the PM Group and Mermaid Maritime Public Company Limited in Singapore (SGX:UD4). He also owns top Thai media company, 411 Entertainment.

Chalermchai received an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from Suffolk University, and Master degree in Economics and Finance from Boston University, United States.

Miranda co-founded V Ventures and lead the team responsible for investment strategy where she focuses on data sciences, AI/ML, sustainable energy, and cutting-edge technology. She believes that technology empowers human to live a larger, healthier and happier life. Her vision is committed to support scientists, technologists, and entrepreneurs who are crazy enough to believe they can change the world.

Prior to co-founded V Ventures, Miranda was a managing director of her family business in import and distribution industry (Thai. I.S. Corporation Co., Ltd.) where she earned experiences in international business, and building the team over 100 staffs for 6 years. She also started her own enterprise in business expansion services and served as a CEO of Prime Pacific Co., Ltd. a subsidiary of PrimeStreet Advisory. Miranda continued her entrepreneurship and co-founded an AI Quant Lab; QuantX and joined DeepTech Venture Capital firm in San Francisco; Creative Ventures in 2017.

After graduation with Master of Sciences in Management, Miranda continues to learn Financial Engineering, Big Data and Machine Learning from online education platform. She is passionate about continuing learning and growth both as a venture capitalist and a person.

Today he is an active business operator and serves as an Executive Advisor at Boon Rawd Brewery and Co-Founder of WiseSight, Thailand’s leading social media analytics platform. Ted works closely with scientists, entrepreneurs, and corporates in order to commercialize deep technologies. With over twenty years of experience, Ted has been developing innovations for family conglomerates, corporations, and startups. His passion and experience provide significant value in bridging deep technology innovation between Southeast Asia and Silicon Valley.
